I am proud to serve as Vice Principal at Yasmina American School, bringing over 20 years of experience in education, including nearly a decade in the UAE. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I have worked in diverse school settings leading initiatives in curriculum development, teacher training, and student support. My goal is to deliver a high-quality education that honors the UAE values and prepares students to succeed in a ever-changing global world.

Within Aldar Education, I’ve supported efforts to strengthen teaching and improve student outcomes across grade levels. I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership, along with certifications in teaching, counseling, and K–12 administration.

As Yasmina opens in August 2025, I am focused on establishing a solid start for students in Pre-K to Grade 5. I am passionate about helping children build strong reading and math skills through engaging, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and critical thinking. Also, I believe all learners thrive in joyful, well-structured environments that nurture both academic and personal growth.

As a wife and mother of a four-year-old, I understand the importance of early education and building a school community where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired. I look forward to partnering with families, students, and staff to help every learner at Yasmina grow and succeed.

I’m originally from Syria and have been an educator since 2004, with 22 years of experience in teaching and leadership.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language from Al Baath University, along with professional diplomas in teaching and instructional leadership from Abu Dhabi University and the University of Jordan – Queen Rania Teacher Academy.

I’ve been a proud member of Aldar Academies since 2011, and I’m truly honored to join the founding team of Yasmina American School as the Assistant Principal for Ministry of Education subjects.

I’m passionate about the Arabic language and committed to promoting national identity through meaningful learning experiences. I’m excited to help build a school culture that inspires creativity, confidence, and pride in our students' heritage.

I am Armenian–Lebanese and bring over 18 years of experience in early and primary education to my role as Head of Pre-K to Grade 3.

With a strong foundation in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a passion for curriculum planning, I’ve worked closely with students from Pre-K through Grade 4 to create inclusive, engaging learning environments. Fluent in Arabic, English, and Armenian, I believe in the power of strong school communities and collaborative leadership.
